On price alone, this one is close to a coin flip — and we are not going to inflate it. We could print 2.65× by quoting the cheaper Picspot gel at $0.318/g, but its manufacturer is unidentified, so it carries a Partial rating and is not what we recommend. Against a named GMP maker the honest figure is 1.33×.

Where it does win: the 20% strength costs the same as the 10%. Per gram of active ingredient that is roughly 2.7× — which is the real argument here, if your prescriber agrees to it.
