LabGrade is organised into three verticals. Each is held to its own verification standard, because the same standard does not fit every category.

I · Peptides — COA-verified

Research peptides, judged on third-party certificates of analysis. A vendor earns a rating on whether an independent lab confirmed identity and purity for the batch you can actually buy.

II · Nootropics — COA-verified

Cognitive compounds, held to the same COA standard. Racetams and cholinergics are categories of nootropics, not separate verticals.

We publish the research on these three, but we have not yet found a source that meets our standard — so we do not sell access to one. When it clears verification, it goes live.

III · Pharmacy — GMP-verified

Approved, prescription-only generic medicines from licensed overseas pharmacies. A certificate of analysis is meaningless for a GMP generic, so this vertical is verified on a different axis entirely: the named manufacturer and its GMP standing. Glenmark, Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s, Sun Pharma, Ajanta and Menarini are not obscure labs — several of them supply the same molecules into US pharmacies.

The positioning is deliberately narrow: save money with a prescription. It is not a route around one.

It also means publishing the number that hurts. Against a free US discount coupon most of these medicines are a much smaller win than the retail price suggests — and tacrolimus is cheaper at your local pharmacy, so we say so and sell nothing. The one categorically better case is triple-combination melasma creams at 10.7×, and that is what this vertical leads with.
