The overseas route wins at both sizes, but by how much depends on which bottle you buy. Against the small 2.5ml US bottle it is 2.65×; against the 7.5ml it narrows to 1.83×, because the larger US bottle is better value per ml.
The $4.196 figure is the six-bottle tier. Buying three instead works out to $4.328/ml — still ahead, slightly less so. We quote tiers explicitly because a per-unit price with no pack size attached is not a price.
And compare per ml, never per bottle. US sizes here are 2.5ml and 7.5ml; ours is 3ml. Bottle prices are not comparable — that is the same trap that makes tacrolimus cheaper at home despite a much larger sticker price.
Also worth noting: within one ZIP the 7.5ml ranged from $50.22 to $167.85 depending on pharmacy. Check yours.
